You will receive an email and/or text message from the courier when your parcel leaves us, and then another on the morning of delivery with an estimated delivery timeslot.If you can&apos;t be at home, and have a safe place to leave your parcel or would like it left with a neighbour or a local collection point, you can arrange this with the courier directly when they contact you.Shipping is free for any order worth &#xA3;80 or more; orders with a value of less than &#xA3;80 have a shipping charge of &#xA3;3.95. Providing your order doesn&#x2019;t include made-to-order bedding (duvets, pillows or toppers), you will normally receive your parcel within 3-6 working days following your order date.We do have Next Day and Saturday Delivery available within mainland UK for an additional charge of &#xA3;4.95/&#xA3;9.95. We are sadly unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey &amp; Guernsey and some more remote parts of Scotland.Our working days are Monday - Friday. Orders for next day delivery placed before 3pm on a Friday, will be shipped on the Friday, with expected delivery on the Monday.
