For any International Returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be calculated via our International Returns portal.
We unfortunately, cannot refund original shipping, duties, or taxes, but you may be eligible for a refund on duties and taxes through your local customs office.
We cannot send replacements due to customs and tax requirements; a new order will need to be placed by our customer service team for faulty items.
